Join Robert for a fun, full-body workout featuring some unique band, dumbbell, and kettlebell exercises that will challenge you and your clients! Bring some super bands (orange, black, yellow), dumbbells (lite and medium), and a kettlebell or two (medium and heavy) if you have them. If you are short some equipment, that’s okay! We will make it work with what you have. We hope to see you bright and early Saturday!
